Concepts for Windows is designed to use the file syncing built into the operating system. You can save your drawings to any folder, including one synced by a cloud service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
To sync your drawings, you can change where Concepts saves your files to a cloud-synced folder.
How to Change Your Drawing Folder Location
- Go to the Gallery.
- Tap Settings in the top right corner.
- In the “Gallery Folder Location” section, tap “Change...”.
- Choose a new folder that is synced by your preferred cloud service.
- Confirm if you want to copy your existing drawings to the new location.
Repeat these steps on your other Windows devices, choosing the same synced folder to keep your drawings in sync.
Important: Be careful when editing the same drawing on multiple devices at the same time or when editing offline. If conflicting changes are synced, one version of the drawing will overwrite the other and changes may be permanently lost.
