Request a Refund from Google Play
If you made the purchase less than 48 hours ago, you can request a refund through Google Play.
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture.
- Click Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.
- Find the order you want to return and click “Report a problem.”
- Select the option that describes your situation, complete the form, and note that you would like a refund.
- Click Submit.
Bonus: You can also request a refund by telling Google Assistant on your device, “I want a Google Play refund.” This requires your device’s language to be set to US English.
