You have two options for where to save your folders and drawings. The first is App Storage - which is the default. This is local private storage on your device that can only be accessed via Concepts. This is where your drawings are saved by default and can only be managed in the gallery in Concepts. If you delete Concepts from your device and you don’t choose to keep your data when prompted, the drawings in App Storage will be deleted and you won’t be able to retrieve them.
The second is Internal Storage which is the local public storage on your device that can be accessed via Concepts and the system File Manager. This means you can access your drawings in the gallery in Concepts and you can also find them through your device’s Files app. Drawings stored in Internal Storage will not be deleted if you delete Concepts.
To enable Internal Storage, head to the gallery sidebar and tap the Enable Permissions button under Internal Storage.
Tap ‘OK’ in the pop-up that appears.
This will take you to your device’s file access settings. Enabling this just means that your Concepts files can save to that public folder; it doesn’t mean we have access to all of your files. Toggle the Concepts option on then head back to the gallery.
Once enabled, you can create drawings or folders in Internal Storage and manage them in the same way as in App Storage, as well as move existing drawings or folders between App Storage and this space.
