Activate a perspective grid from the Settings menu and use the Align drawing guide to help you sketch objects in 3D perspective.

Set Up Your Perspective Grid

  1. Navigate to Settings > Grids.
  2. Scroll to find the one, two, and three-point perspective grids. Tap a grid to activate it.
  3. Tap the grid again in the menu to edit its settings, or exit to the canvas to begin drawing.

Draw with the Align Guide

  1. On the canvas, open the Precision menu.
  2. Tap the options next to Snap and choose Align. This allows your strokes to align with the grid without snapping directly to grid lines.
  3. Tap the Snap toggle in the Precision menu to turn the drawing guide on or off.
  4. Draw on the canvas. Your strokes will follow the lines toward the vanishing points of your chosen grid.

Important: While Concepts is a 2D sketching app, perspective grids help create a realistic illusion of depth. The Align guide works with each grid type as follows:

  • One-Point Perspective: Draws horizontal, vertical, and orthogonal lines toward the single vanishing point.
  • Two-Point Perspective: Draws vertical lines and orthogonal lines toward the two vanishing points.
  • Three-Point Perspective: Draws orthogonal lines toward any of the three vanishing points.

For an illustrated guide to setting up and using these grids, see our tutorials.
