We’re sorry that Concepts hasn’t lived up to your expectations. Know that we update often with new features and performance updates, but if you have your heart set on a refund, you’ll need to request it from Microsoft.
You can request a refund through the order history page of the Windows Store.
- Go to your Microsoft account dashboard. Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase the Concepts App.
- Click on "Order History" under "Billing & Accounts."
- Locate the Concepts App purchase
- Request a Return. If your Concepts purchase is eligible for a refund within Microsoft's return policy, you'll see a button labeled "Request a return."
If you are unable to request a refund through this method, you can call instead.
- Find your local support phone number.
- Call the number and say "refunds" when prompted by the system.
- The system will tell you to do this via your Microsoft account page, but wait on the line and then confirm you would like to be connected to a support person.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 3–5 business days and applied to your original payment method. If you experience any issues, please contact our Support team and we’ll try to walk you through it.
