Subscription will never be mandatory. We recognize that everyone has different creative needs, and we believe everyone should be able to create on their own terms, not on ours.

For this reason, we have several options available for you to choose from in the in-app store. Every version will continue to enjoy updates as we improve the app. We update every 4 - 6 weeks and are excited to continue adding tools and capabilities to every option - Free, Pro and Subscription - as we have for the past five years.

Free users, please enjoy a 100% solid sketching app. Use all the basic tools, the beautiful COPIC color wheel, the infinite canvas, five adjustable layers, imports and basic export-ability.

One-time only purchases include the Essentials (our Pro option with full vector power, unlimited layers and high resolution exports; iOS users also have the basic shapes object library and a great brush editor for making brushes); artistic brush packs in the Brush Market; object libraries and Make Your Own Objects (iOS only); and a deep PDF feature (iOS only).

Subscription gives you everything in-app, all the time, as well as team sharing capabilities (which are iOS only so far).
