You can easily move strokes between layers. Use the Selection tool to select what you want to move, then drag it to a new layer in the Layers menu.

Move to an Existing Layer

1. Tap to open the Layers menu.
2. Use the Lasso or Item Picker to select the strokes you want to move.
3. Tap+Hold your selection, drag it over the new layer, and release.

The strokes will move to the new layer while remaining in the same position on your canvas.

Move to a New Layer

1. Select the strokes you want to move.
2. Tap+Hold your selection and drag it over the + New Layer button, then release.

A new layer will be created with your selected strokes inside it.
