If your PRO features are not active, You can restore your purchase at any time. Your purchase is tied to the account you used to buy it, whether it’s an Apple ID, a Google Account, or a Microsoft Account.
iOS and Windows
- Tap the Go PRO text at the top of your Gallery.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap Restore Purchases.
You may need to sign in with the same account credentials you originally used for the purchase.
Android
There are a couple of common reasons your purchases may not be active. Try these solutions to restore your PRO features.
Google Play Store Cache Issue
- Close Concepts.
- Go to your device's Settings, then navigate to Apps, Google Play Store, Storage, and tap Clear Data.
- Open the Play Store app before you open Concepts again.
Multiple Google Account Issue
- Sign out of any Google accounts you did not use to buy Concepts, leaving only the correct account signed in.
- Open Concepts and check that your purchase is restored.
- You can now sign back into your other Google accounts.
