If you received an email about account deletion but are signed into Concepts, it may be because you have more than one Concepts account. The email was sent to an address we have on file that has not been used to sign in for a long time. The account you are currently using is likely associated with a different email address.

To check which email address you are signed in with, open Concepts, then tap the Account icon in the status bar. You will see the email address associated with your active account there. If you used Sign In With Apple, this might be a “private relay” address.


Your Concepts account is uniquely identified by the email address you see inside the app, not by any email address it is forwarded to. If you find you have two accounts and haven’t used one in a long time, you can safely allow the older account to be deleted.
