If you're experiencing slow performance in Concepts, such as long loading times for drawings, delays when drawing a stroke, or "Application Not Responding" messages, a battery saver mode on your device might be the cause. 

Many devices have a Battery Saver mode (or a similar setting) that can reduce overall device performance. Some devices may also have an option called "Reduce Screen Refresh Rate," which can severely impact drawing responsiveness. 

We recommend disabling these settings when you use Concepts to ensure optimal performance. After you adjust these settings, please exit and restart Concepts.
