Request a Refund Online

  1. Go to your Microsoft account dashboard and sign in.
  2. Click on Order History under Billing & Accounts.
  3. Locate your Concepts purchase.
  4. If the purchase is eligible under Microsoft's return policy, you will see a button labeled Request a return. Click it and follow the instructions.

Request a Refund by Phone

  1. Find your local Microsoft Store support phone number.
  2. When prompted by the automated system, say “refunds.”
  3. Wait on the line to be connected to a support person.
