A file version conflict can occur if you edit the same drawing on multiple devices at the same time, or if you edit a file outside of Concepts while it is open in the app.

When a conflict is detected, Concepts will show you a screen to resolve it. You must choose which version of the drawing to keep. The other versions will be permanently deleted. It is not possible to merge changes from different versions.

How to Avoid Conflicts

You can prevent version conflicts by following these practices:

• Always exit to the Gallery when you finish editing a drawing. This ensures your changes are saved and synced properly.
• Avoid opening the same drawing on multiple devices at once. If you need to switch devices, close the drawing on the first device and wait for it to sync before opening it on the second.
