If you deleted the Concepts folder from iCloud Drive, the app should recreate it automatically. If it does not, iOS may be preventing it. Try one of these solutions.
Solution 1: Toggle iCloud Sync for Concepts
- Open your device's Settings app.
 - Navigate to Apple ID > iCloud.
 - In the list of apps using iCloud, find Concepts and turn the toggle OFF.
 - Wait a moment, then turn the toggle back ON.
 
Solution 2: Sign Out and Back Into iCloud
- Go to your device's Settings app.
 - Tap your Apple ID at the top and sign out of your iCloud account.
 - Sign back into your iCloud account.
