If iCloud Drive is missing from the Gallery sidebar, it is likely due to a device or account setting. Please review this checklist to resolve the issue.
- Check your iCloud Account: Make sure you are signed in to iCloud in your device's Settings.
- Enable iCloud Sync: Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Drive and confirm that Sync This iPad/iPhone is turned on.
- Accept iCloud Terms: Check your device's Settings for any pending iCloud Terms & Conditions you may need to accept.
- Update iOS/iPadOS: If you see a "Cannot Complete Action" error, you may need to update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
- Check the Files App: Verify that a "Concepts" folder exists in the iCloud Drive section of the iOS Files app.
