No. iCloud Drive does not provide collaboration. Editing the same drawing simultaneously on more than one device will result in file conflicts which will need to be resolved by choosing which version of the file to keep. When working on files from iCloud Drive, we recommend navigating back to the Gallery when you stop working to prevent conflicts.
