To get the best experience with your One by Wacom tablet in Concepts, you can configure your pen settings and take advantage of built-in navigation shortcuts.
Initial Setup
- First, download and install the latest drivers for your Wacom device from the official Wacom website.
- Open the Wacom Tablet Properties application on your computer.
- For a great starting point, we recommend setting your pen keys to Right click (for quick Selection) and Pan/Scroll... (for easy canvas panning).
Pro Tip: You can assign other actions like Undo or Redo to your stylus buttons for even faster access.
Navigation Modes
Concepts includes keyboard-based navigation modes to make working with a tablet and keyboard seamless.
- Pan Mode (Spacebar): Press the Spacebar to pan the canvas with your stylus. Press it again to return to your previous tool. You can also press and hold the Spacebar to pan temporarily.
- Zoom Mode (S key): Press 'S' to enter Zoom mode. Drag with your stylus to zoom in or out. Press 'S' again to exit. This will scale a selection or Shape Guide if one is active.
- Rotation Mode (R key): Press 'R' to enter Rotation mode. Drag with your stylus to rotate the canvas. Press 'R' again to exit. This will rotate a selection or Shape Guide if one is active.
