Your subscription is managed through the platform's app store where you originally made the purchase. Please find the instructions for your platform below.

iOS / iPadOS

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon or name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and select the Concepts subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Windows

  1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
  2. Find your Concepts subscription and select Manage.
  3. Select Change and then choose to turn off auto-renew. If it says "Turn on recurring billing," your subscription is already set not to renew.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select your Concepts subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Samsung Galaxy Store

  1. Open the Galaxy Store app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Concepts from the list and choose to unsubscribe.
