Something is stopping Concepts from connecting to our server. Try seeing if any of these things fix it:
  1. Often the simplest solution is to restart your device.
  2. Your network might be having troubles. If that’s the case, try moving to a place with better reception.
  3. This is less common, but if your network has a very restrictive firewall, you might be unable to connect to our server. Try using a different network.
