Something is stopping Concepts from connecting to our server. Try seeing if any of these things fix it:
  1. Often the simplest solution is to restart your device.
  2. Your network might be having troubles. If that’s the case, try moving to a place with better reception.
  3. Especially on Windows, if your network has a restrictive firewall or anti-virus, you might be unable to connect to our server. This is most likely on a company or school managed machine. Some key information for your IT team is that Concepts needs to access the address: on port 443 and uses two protocols: gRPC and websockets. If the network has a "proxy server" that is required to access external network addresses you can configure this via Settings in Concepts gallery.
