If you cannot sign in, something is likely preventing Concepts from connecting to our server. Please try these solutions.

  • Restart your device. This often resolves simple connection glitches.
  • Check your network connection. Try moving to a location with a stronger Wi-Fi or cellular signal.
  • If you are on a school or company network, a firewall or anti-virus program may be blocking the connection.

Important: For IT administrators, Concepts needs to access the address https://carbon.tophatch.com on port 443 using gRPC and websockets protocols. If a proxy server is required, you can configure it within the app in the Gallery via the Settings menu.
